I liked the place, it was clean and great location, but there were a few " easy fix" problems that would have made our stay better. 1. The bed had a plastic mattress protector it made for a terrible sticky nights sleep. 2. The water pressure in the shower was terrible! Could barely rinse. (Sinks were fine) 3. No hooks no shelves in the bath. 4. For a 3 day stay we each got 1 set of towels. And 1 in kitchen. That's it. No Extras anywhere in sight. 5. The towels were some wierd fabric that didn't even dry you. 6. The door between garage and apartment didn't lock.

Centrally located between Cedar Springs, Sparta & Rockford and convenient to Grand Rapids. Nice view of Camp Lake. Very close to a golf course. Our stay was for a month, so we made a few suggestions to the owner to accommodate long-term rental. Overall the rental was comfortable, well-appointed, clean, and conveniently located. As an older couple, the downstairs bathroom was a challenge.
