The unit was as pictured. Very clean, pet friendly, stocked with items to make your stay very enjoyable. There were supplies for pets, beach chairs, bocce. Steps to beach by way of a boardwalk with sitting area to watch the sunset or sunrise. Pool was closed for the season but looked nice. We enjoyed are stay very much, the unit fit our needs nicely.

The gate actually is unlocked, and the HOA president did confirm that the pool is open through the end of October. Picture appeared as though there was a patio connected to the room, but there wasn’t. And, outside of the owner’s control, construction was happening in the room next to us so resting in the afternoons was difficult for my autistic kiddo. Otherwise the room was great, pet friendly, and at an awesome location.

Weather didn’t cooperate but didn’t see that the pool was closed until we got there. We paid for the pet fees but due to all the stipulations with pets we decided not to bring them. Everything else was satisfactory.

Our pool is actually open all the way through the end of October, and it is not currently closed. :-) Also we do state our pet policy in our listing, and we require all owners to crate their pup when they are not present in the suite. We provide fun goodies like a placemat, food bowl, water bowl, pet blanket, and even some treats for your furry family member. :-)

Excellent location with direct access to the beach. Room was a little smaller than expected, but it was very clean and we loved the full kitchen and amenities. Host provided information on local eateries and things to do in the area. We were pleased with our stay.
