Beautiful Brigantine Getaway

My family loved staying at this beautiful home. All of us, my husband our children and our infant grandson had an amazing week! The location was great with most everything you may need just a short walk away. We loved game nights at the huge dining room table. The sound system play the soundtrack of our vacation, including lullabies during naptime that put more than the baby to sleep. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit at night. And plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We would love to revisit in the future!!

Back for Round 2!

This was our 2nd time staying at this home. We love it! There’s enough room for us to hangout on the patio or around the large dining room table for dinner or games. The location is great! We love walking down the end of the street for sunset and being able to hop on our bikes to grab breakfast. The walk to the beach is easy and we love the long driveway and easy street parking. The owners are so nice and always get right back to you to answer any questions. Our family is ready to plan around 3!

Week at Brigantine

House was lovely, even better than the pictures. Owner very responsible and responsive. Kitchen has everything one could need. Great sound system (sonos). Quiet town with lovely, uncrowded, lifeguarded ocean beach a few blocks away, and a great bar/restaurant that has live music a few blocks down the beach. Brigantine has everything; you dont need to go into AC, but it is close if you want to go to the boardwalk for the rides, etc

One of a kind! Fantastic!

My family and I recently returned from our yearly week-long vacation in Brigantine, NJ. We were beyond pleased with our accommodations. Gordy thought of everything; the house was impeccable … from the thoughtfully laid out floor plan to the beautifully decorated rooms. To quote my 17 year old nephew after he first toured the home, ‘this is the best house we’ve ever stayed in,’ and we all wholeheartedly agreed. Only a few houses from the bay and its gorgeous sunsets, the home is situated only a couple blocks from the beach, shops and restaurants on Ocean Avenue. I parked my car in the driveway upon checkin on Saturday and didn’t drive it again until checkout the following Saturday. A++++ across the board!

Home with Key Extras!

Online listing was accurate and my family found a number of unexpected pluses! > ice maker was clutch- saved us daily trips to wawa > huge back patio area became a fairy garden for our 3 littlest ones and a comfortable retreat for the adults when the young ones fell asleep > delightful sound system with speakers inside and outside turned cooking for 12 into spontaneous dance show and priceless videos > separate floor thermostats allowed all to be in their comfort zone > hot water lasted thru multiple outside showers after the beach as well as simultaneous ones inside > always available parking for 5 cars in driveway and front of house > After renting different seashore homes for @ 40 years, this one was the first that we will try to get again next year!

Beautiful and spacious house

The home was spacious, modern, clean, and in a great location. I highly recommend this property for any considering a stay in Brigantine. Big open area with kitchen and living room. 5 big bedrooms. This house has all the comforts of home, and then some!!! It was perfectly situated 2 blocks to the beach, in a beautiful part of the island, near grocery stores and shops. The floor plan was perfect for large groups with ample of room for gatherings and game nights. The kitchen was large, modern, serviceable, and everything was in working order. We made great use of the wine fridge and ice machine. It was large and sat our group of 11 very comfortably. The A/C was perfect, the wi-fi was fine, the bathrooms spacious and very clean, the carpets were also very clean and the decor was pleasing. The owners were very responsive and helpful when we reached out to him. All in all we rate our week's stay at this property as top notch. Very strongly recommend it for anyone looking to spend time at Brigantine.

Awesome area and house!

This house was perfect for our 2 families and my mother. We loved the indoor space, especially the bar area and ice maker! The kids loved the upstairs hangout room and everyone enjoyed the back patio and fire pit! We brought our bikes, but the kids loved walking to Sea Star beach shop and SoulBerri smoothie shop. We will definitely look to rent this house again! Gordon was great to work with.

Family Fun

This property suited our family to a tee. Plenty of space, everyone had their own bedroom and full bath. The house was as lovely as the pics on the website. Nicely decorated. I was concerned at first about the distance to the beach but it was fine and not too long. In fact we all liked being away from the busier streets near the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Plenty of parking was a plus. The patio was perfect for late afternoon cocktails and a little singing! Gordy was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. This made our first visit to Brigantine very enjoyable. We had a great time!

We had a great time staying at Gordy’s house at Brigantine beach. It’s a beautiful house — clean and well designed for the purpose. Walkable to the beach and with plenty of room. Gordy was really responsive— very much appreciated. We’d suggest adding some beach toys, boards, chairs so people don’t have to bring these. Thanks for a great stay! .

Perfect summer vacation house

We stayed from 7/17/21 to 7/31/21 ...We have been vacationing in brigantine for 30 years as our family has grown from children to now adults with grand children. This property was perfect..so comfortable and well thought out.. Well stocked kitchen plus extras in gathering areas.. ice machine, wet bar and fire pit table in backyard patio area. What a perfect beach vacation at the perfect beach house...neighborhood was lovely and quiet..Gordon the owner was awesome with questions we had and follow through with a few items we left behind...

Perfect for the extended family

The property has multiple bedrooms and living spaces to spread out. It is extremely well stocked with appliances, pots, pans and dishes. The neighborhood is attractive, quiet and still easily walkable to the beach. I am now a Brigantine fan for a summer beach vacation

We echo what others have said, would definitely stay again. Really loved the Sonos music system throughout the house. Most well stocked I’ve ever seen for things you’d need. We loved our stay in this beautiful spacious home!

The house is beautifully decorated with attention to detail, and we had more than enough room for four adults and six teenagers. The lovely kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc, and we thoroughly enjoyed the private backyard. Highly recommend this property.
