Property was an obvious flip and the ac upstairs connected to the window did not seal well. Otherwise, the space was nice, adequate dishes and new appliances, perfectly warm water, and proximity to downtown was quite convenient!

Very responsive host. Comfortable beds. AC was good (only top floor got hot, but it had its own AC, so it felt unavoidable)However a few things were broken (dishwasher, towel rack) we were short towels (owner sent some more over after we reported this), some smoke detectors had been taken down (!!) and previous guest left a lot of garbage outside (mostly in cans, but overflowing). I appreciated the responsiveness but it still led to a less comfortable stay.
