The room is really small and weird (for my tastes). For one person it would likely be fine. For two seniors, it's really cramped. The AC needs to be a mini split. The portable AC unit tries its best to keep up with south Florida heat and humidity. As stated, The unit is very clean and the host goes above and beyond to make it clean and cute and well appointed. The bed is very comfortable.

Just for clarification since others are reading these reviews, the space has central AC that is connected to the main house - I add the portable unit as an extra amenity in the summer. In case it's unclear, this is not a hotel, and it is not managed by a giant company, so I'll take 'small and weird' as a compliment ! The listing accurately shows the space, so receiving a 4 star review because of a guest misinterpretation when booking is mildly disheartening.

What a wonderful place to stay! Excellent location, close to the beach, to the Lake Ave restaurants and shopping, and to West Palm. Easy to get to from I-95 or US1. An extraordinary host who responds quickly to messages, and who hasspared no effort in making this space attractive and user-friendly, with lots of helpful conveniences. Quiet neighborhood, on-site parking, and the comfiest bed ever. Loved it!

Cozy little space, a warm hug away from home. Like when Auntie says “let me make a room up for you.”

Clean room. I did take advantage of the small refrigerator and freezer, in addition to the Keurig coffee maker for 2 days. Cierra is a very responsive host to any questions.

Everything was clean and worked fine. It was compact be adequate and comfortable. The only problem we had was because we arrived after dark and couldn't see house numbers. Other than that we had a very restful night in a quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful stay! Even though it’s on the small side, it is the most comfortable place we’ve ever stayed in. Super clean with plenty of parking. Iron, blowdryer, puzzles, games, keurig with coffee pods, fridge, microwave, hangers, a private bathroom full of toiletries…every convenience was thought of. Clear instructions and labels on things. I come to this area a lot and would definitely stay here again.

This place had everything we needed for a comfortable night in the Palm beach area. Comfortable, quiet and well appointed with a special surprise in the back yard for animal lovers. Should we be back in the area we will certainly stay there again. Kudos to the hosts, we run several short term rentals and know what it takes to create a flawless and inviting space.
