• The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, parking ramps and garage.
• Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies.
• Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY.
• Do not feed seagulls from the property.
• Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense.
• Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 10pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
• All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers.
• Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.

It was what we neeed for a weekend away

The property was fitting for staying the weekend. Beach access was right down the street, withing walking distance, and the property contacts were available to fulfill our request.

Great place by the beach!

We loved our stay here! The hosts were very accommodating and gave us no trouble at all. The condo was very clean and quite nicer than expected. The whole unit and building/area was clean and well kept. Such a cute and convenient little beach stay.

Mom’s trip

Stayed in unit 15 and the condo was very clean and mostly updated. Did not have any issues while we were there and check in and check out was super easy. Pool area was very nice and also clean and we had a small view of the ocean. Would definitely recommend this property and stay there again myself with a small group. Also want to mention location is great because a lot of things to do and places to see are only 15-20 minutes or less any direction you go.

Great condo & location

Excellent condo! Everything you need is provided for a great beach vacation! (There were even beach chairs and sand toys in the closet to use.) Resort is located just across from the beach, so you can easily walk over anytime! Shopping & fun activities are only a few minutes away! Loved the small resort feel & enjoyed talking to other guests & the property manager. Everyone was so friendly & helpful:) Definitely would recommend for families!!!

Overall stay was pleasant. W The room quality was high and the amenities were great. The other guests were respectful of our space as we were theirs. We greatly appreciated the use of the beach stuff in the closet. The location of the unit was amazing for us being next to the beach and within proximity of food and needs. We have visited FL many times, however this is our first time renting a condo. It was a perfect vacation. The unit we stayed in was beautiful and had everything we needed. The onsite Manager Bill was fantastic!!! Too bad we have to wait until the first of the year for my husband to sign for vacation for next year or we would be booking next yrs trip already!! We needed a short staycation to get out of our house. I found Tropic Breeze #15 online and the price was just what we were looking for. The condo was clean, updated and had everything we needed. Location was perfect as you walked for maybe 2 minutes to get to the beach; cross walk was up the street just a bit! The pool area was super clean as well. We went during the pandemic, so there weren't many visitors and we had the pool to ourselves. The whole property was very well maintained! Restaurants and a cute candy store are within walking distance. It's on a major road, so you'll hear emergency vehicles/traffic, but honestly, this place is worth it. We will definitely be back!

Convenient location

Convenient location to the beach and our favorite places to eat and visit. The condo has everything needed to stay comfortably with a small family. Clean overall. Room 15 is pleasantly decorated. The pool is beautiful but when I took my son and grandson down to swim, one of the permanent residents (?) made sure I knew that she didn’t like guests or kids, even though my two were not misbehaving or bothering her. She snapped at my 2 year old grandson when he tried to speak to her! He’s 2 - he talks to everybody! We didn’t use the pool again which was one of the main reasons we chose Tropic Breeze. The only other thing I would say is that while the rooms are non-smoking, everywhere else is fair game. So we couldn’t sit on the balcony because of this and coming and going to the room we had to walk through people’s smoke. Even the pool area was had ashtrays and people smoking. Other than the one lady, everyone else was super nice.
