House name was Heavenly Hideaway instead of Heavenly Escape. Made it hard to find. No WiFi code when gained entry. Had to call for help. Rained first night. Our bedroom leaked badly. Help promised but maintenance man said he would have to send someone else; never came. Freezer made loud humming noise. Help promised but same result as leaky roof. Never fixed. We leased 2 houses at same time; advertised together and we thought they would be adjacent. There was another property in bewteen. Manageable but very inconvenient with little kids. Also we didn’t have the correct property name so spent lot of time trying to find it.
