The host communication, arrangements and location were all good. The only thing we missed was that there was not a bedroom on the first floor. One of the visitors was 90 years old and the steps were not easy for her. Otherwise, the family had a comfortable stay.

Where do I start? Run don’t walk away! I was told by VRBO I would get the code to enter on the Wednesday before my trip. I did not. I contacted the host twice before VRBO had to reach out. He said I would get the code by 11am on day of arrival. I had to text him again at 12:30 for the code. There was supposed to be a nice propane grill it was a rusty old charcoal grill. The outdoor pool lights didn’t work. After contacting him numerous times his handy man came to fix them only because the air conditioning wasn’t working. We went 24 hrs without AC. It got up to 83 degrees in the house.I had to repeatedly text him. I had my pregnant daughter and 3 little ones under 3 with us. The air filters were caked in dirt they were quite disgusting. There was supposed to be a spacious family room. There was an old nasty pool table in the middle of the family room that was not in the picture. Towels were left in the machine they were damp and musty smelling. The kitchen is well understocked.floors had small cracks and holes in them. On top of it all we found 2 cockroaches in 2 different rooms. Would NOT RECOMMEND!
