NEW North Shore Oahu: Turtle Bay 1 bedroom plus 1 loft bedroom

Aloha and welcome to our spacious and beautiful North Shore Turtle Bay Resort 1 Bedroom condo that includes an additional loft room + 1 bathroom. This gated condo is a short walk to the 5 Star Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay and all of its amenities, Lei Lei's Bar & Grill, Roy's Beach House, and a beautiful white sandy beach. Swimming pool and tennis courts on site! Welcome home to paradise!

This spacious condo has been thoughtfully renovated to provide an elevated experience for our guests, with brand new split ac units in the living room and in the loft bedroom. The primary bedroom includes a window ac unit.

• Bedroom 1: King bed
• Loft: 2 Queen beds (the loft bedroom is open and overlooks the living area below)
• Bathroom: Located on the first floor and includes a brand new bath tub with new tiling surrounding it
• Living Room: Large, comfortable Restoration Hardware cloud couch sofa with a Queen air mattress available for additional sleeping space.

The fully equipped kitchen has been remodeled and is ideal for preparing meals with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all necessary cookware and utensils. The open-concept living and dining area extends to the lanai, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in beautiful views of the Fazio golf course. Lei Lei's bar and grill can be seen from the Lanai!

This condo is located in the most ideal location at Kuilima Estates, the “Gold Coast”, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and walk to fine dining at the adjacent Ritz Carlton Oahu at Turtle Bay Resort.

Enjoy three swimming pools, tennis courts, and pickle ball all close by within the Kuilima West Estates.
Other things to note:
Free parking is included with a dedicated parking space, plus space for 1 extra guest spot.

We had a week-long stay at this property and it was perfect for our family vacation. The location is quiet and access instructions were clear and simple. This stay is truly excellent. Check in was very easy and the host responds to questions quickly. The condo is clean and updated and has plenty of room to spread out and relax. We loved eating breakfast on the patio each morning! There were beach chairs that came in handy for our adventures as well. This is a gem of a place and we would absolutely stay here again!

We began to feel like we were on vacation here starting with the couch; wish we had more time! It’s great walking distance to everything turtle bay has to offer. Kahuku farms was amazing. It’s close to Haleiwa. Host was gracious and helpful with information.

Perfect North Shore Family Accommodation

Our family of 6 had an excellent stay. Location was ideal for all of the destinations we visited. Kitchen and washer/dryer made for very family friendly home-base. Beach gear was an added bonus. Owner was extremely prompt in addressing an unexpected issue with a brand new water heater. Couldn't have been friendlier.

North Shore - Oahu

Great location on the north shore, walking distance to the beach and access to amenities - pickle ball, beach chairs, umbrella. Perfect layout for a small group with the loft.Easy to enter/exit property. Not as many sit down restaurants but plenty of food trucks nearby. Overall great time and would stay again if in the north shore.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was accurately reflected in the listing. The location was great for North Shore activities. The grounds were beautiful and my family felt very safe. The kitchen had minimal cookware. So if you’re used to a big selection, this wouldn’t be what you’re looking for. Was fine to make my kids a basic breakfast and lunch.
