Old Florida Gulf-front Home with lots of charm

Unique and elegant 4 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath single family gulf front home. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, cable TV, park style charcoal grill, phone, screen porch and screened private balconies off the 2 upstairs bedrooms,outside shower, and private boardwalk -just steps to the beach. This turn of the century reproduction home is located less than 1/2 mile before St. Joseph State Park-prime beach location. Truly a "once in a lifetime" experience! This popular home books up fast!

This home come with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.

All of our homes come with WiFi
You must be 25 years or older to reserve.
No events are allowed.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.
