This property was a great fit for our extended family! House was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We were steps from the beach and loved having access to bicycles, kayaks and beach chairs! The hot tub was an unexpected plus for our group too! The host was very responsive and communicative and answered our questions quickly. I would highly recommend this property if you’re interested in staying near Lewes beach.

Great location for large families with kids and dogs. Close to the beach, local attractions, and rainy day fun too! Host was easy to communicate with and check in and check out procedures were simple. Beds were also comfortable.

Although the weather was less than ideal, this home had plenty to keep the teenagers and adults entertained! It was open enough with more than one space for our entire family to gather comfortably - and yet space to retreat for those who needed some quiet time. We couldn't have found a better fit for our gathering. The hosts communicated regularly and provided lots of details not only about the accommodations, but also about the town of Lewes and special events.Our family is already talking about scheduling again for next year!

Great location near the beach. Pleasant decor. Good supplies in kitchen. Enjoyed having beach supplies at our disposal. Hot tub and outside grill area was a plus.

Perfect family getaway

We ran away from home for just one night with our son’s family. The Lewis house was perfect. Clean, just one block from the Lewis beach, well supplied with books children’s games, ping pong table, shuffleboard, card table hot tub, grills and even welcome snacks and water which were much appreciated. Toddlers went to bed, adults relaxed in family room and on deck

This house was a perfect fit for our extended family and dogs. It is perfectly equipped with all the fun stuff (ping pong table! Bikes! Hot tub!) and necessities (pack n play! High chair! Plenty of seating!) for any group. The location is quiet, steps from the beach and with views of the canal, but still only a few minutes from quaint downtown. There were dog bowls set up for us when we arrived. The host was super easy to communicate with and very responsive. Only wish our stay was longer!!
