We enjoyed our weekend stay at this clean and spacious family friendly neighborhood home which accommodated our group of ten easily. This spacious house was very nice. It had large rooms and 3 bathrooms and for the 9 of us that came it was perfect. There were a few little things that I told the host about so they can be checked out before someone else rents it. The code for the door only worked if we pulled in the door a certain way. Also the replace filter light was on for the refrigerator water, but we drank bottled water so that didn’t bother us. The only other thing if you are looking at pictures of the house before you rent, the game room area shows a foozball table and then a table with air hockey and pool and something else. That extra game table wasn’t there when we rented it. The check out was super easy. I sent Eli a message and he answered right away and said that they take care of everything. I would definitely rent this house again when I’m in the area.

The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, from pots and pans to dishes, to extra appliances. Both a standard drip coffee maker as well as keurig pod types. There's plenty of space inside for the kids to entertain themselves, and enough bathrooms for several small families to have what they need to get ready.

The house was everything we needed. We had plenty of space to stretch out with the five bedrooms, and the carpeted upstairs was a perfect play area for the littles. The host was also very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Vacation Stay

Overall, the home was very nice. The yard was in desperate need of maintenance.The grass was extremely overgrown in the front and backyard, along with a large ant pile near front door. Only other thing I wish was that the house was stocked more with towels, food seasoning, etc. This is the first vrbo rental I've experienced where these items were lacking.

Family Gathering in The Woodlands, Texas

The property was well maintained and clean with adequate supplies in the kitchen. For our use, there weren’t enough towels and wash cloths. We had 11 people staying at one time, but mostly just 6 plus a baby. Also, the kitchen had no hand towels or can opener. We had to supply those items. We had to keep flipping the breaker box for the dryer to work which was inconvenient. The property is not easily accessible and lots of construction was going on with their equipment and vehicles obstructing the road. However, once inside the house, it worked perfectly for our family.
