Entire Home - Great Location

Single family home, entire house, centrally located in in Charleston. Great location, easy to get to Downtown Charleston or anywhere in Charleston metro area within 20-30 min. Close to the airport, a short drive to popular beaches, as well as the various medical facilities throughout the area. There is a washer and dryer in unit for your use. The house is equipped with essentials and there is a large screen TV in the living room with YouTubeTV provided.

The neighborhood is transitioning but safe, my home is sequestered in a quiet corner of the neighborhood with a few elderly neighbors and other working folks, very little foot traffic. You'll see several renovations ongoing as you drive in.

This home is near a public highway and there is traffic noise. White noise machines are available for guest use, but light sleepers should consider the traffic noise before booking.

The property was exceptionally clean and exactly as described. The highway noise was high as stated but the provided white noise machines really helped. Would recommend and would stay again!

Nice, but, noisy

The house was clean, recently renovated and fairly well appointed. The location had great access to the freeway, however, the noise generated by the freeway was disturbing. Seth did provide noise machines which we chose not to use. We ended up sleeping with ear plugs!! In fairness, the listing did say there would be some road noise. We just didn't think it would be that loud. Seth was very responsive and easy to work with.

Spring Break Getaway

My family and I decided to spend spring break in Charleston and found this gem of a property. The home was so clean and roomy, perfect for our family!We arrived very late but the door had a keypad so check in was a breeze.The property is located just off the highway so getting to our destinations was very easy. Location was so close to the Tanger outlet shopping as well as the airport.There was a bit of highway noise outside but inside the host provided white noise machines which helped drown out highway noise.The home was impeccable and beds were SO comfortable. My teenagers each had their own rooms and thought the home decor was beautiful. We all loved the kitchen the best, all appliances were brand new and very easy to use.The WiFi connection was great and so was the closet space!! Host was SO helpful and even provided great places for our family to visit while in Charleston. Thank you for the hospitality as well as the great recommendations!!If you are planning a visit to Charleston area and want a beautiful and comfortable home to stay at I’d definitely recommend this property. We would absolutely stay here again!
