The apt has a live-in kitchen with a large wooden table, a Bertazzoni stove and fridge. To the side there is a living room with view of the garden. There are 2 bathrooms, one has a sink, toilet and a rain shower over bath. The other bathroom has a sink and toilet. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin size loft and view of the garden patio. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The front room can be used as an office, a second living room or a 3rd bedroom with the sofa converting into a queen size bed. The back of the apt opens onto a garden with a table and bbq. Fantastic North Beach Flat

This beautiful property is the lower flat in a two unit building with a shared garage below. The owners live in the upstairs flat, but were quiet and respectful of our privacy, as we tried to be of theirs. There is a shared, fenced (secure) garden in back, which the owners did not use, and was perfect space for a quick potty break for our dogs. The home is decorated beautifully, and the location is ideal for walking to North Beach, Jackson Square, Chinatown, Pier 39 etc.
