Plenty of room for all your toys and family. Large boats will fit in our RV garage. RV's can camp on our large property with RV hook-ups. Have your own minim campsite. Absolutely beautiful private and secluded home with all the upgrades that is very quite and peaceful, 1,503 sq ft - 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom for the perfect getaway, with RV and Boat Garage to keep all of your toys safe and accessible worry free !! Bring your Boat and Toys plenty of space to accommodate.
On the South end of town back up near the hills. drive out the driveway and a short trek up the street and you have the open desert for off-roading and desert fun. The house backs up to a wash and there is only one neighbor on one side and they are usually never there. A 10 min drive to the London Bridge or a short distance to Top Notch Restaurants. You will find the open floor plan and the luxurious furniture inside and out pleasurable. Along with a large widescreen HD TV, Cable TV, WiFi and entertainment amenities perfect for entertaining family and friends. Internet speed is 100 Mbps through Sudden Link. Has a front patio / porch where you can sit and relax and enjoy a cup of coffee and read. Our entire property is 1/2 acre and we also have almost a 1/3 acre just for RV and Trailer parking behind a lockable and secured gate. There is one set of RV hook-ups and there is an additional charge for electric if and additional family is staying in the RV during the hot weather and running the A/C for the RV or Trailer.

The garage with my boat in it has 33 + feet available space in the front 2/3 portion of the garage. Furthermore, if your boat is larger our requires more space we also have a roll up door on the back end of the garage and you can open the back door and push my boat backwards toward the back you to give you more space. The overall dimensions of the RV garage measures 17'6" wide and 55 feet long. So overall there is plenty of room. We have a Dishwasher in the kitchen, but it does NOT operate and is used only as a drying rack for dishes.

Great Family Memories and Relaxing

Great place to stay and great communication with the owner Bob. He had the AC remotely set and the house was nice and cool when we arrived with it being 72 degrees when we walked in. beautiful, private and secluded home with all the upgrades that is very quite and peaceful! 3bedroom 2 bathroom for the perfect getaway, with RV and Boat Garage to keep all of your toys safe and accessible worry free !! On the South end of town back up near the hills. We drove out the driveway and a just up the street you have the open desert for off-roading and desert fun on our Side by side. The house backs up to a wash and there is only one neighbor on one side and they are usually never there. A 10 min drive to the London Bridge or a short distance to Top Notch Restaurants. You will find the open floor plan and the luxurious furniture inside and out pleasurable. The back yard has a viewing deck to enjoy viewing the morning sunrise or the evening sunset while looking out over the beautiful lake. Everything was great and we had a wonderful time and made some awesome family memories and we will be back again. Thank you Robert for your hospitality and opening your wonderful home to my family.

Perfect Lake House

My family and I had a great time staying at Robert’s rental house! There is plenty of room for large boats and one can even be put in the garage. The air conditioning works very well at this house and is very nice to come back to after a hot day on the water. Robert is very accommodating and in constant communication to check on your stay. We will definitely be returning to stay at this house again.

Excellent Home

We had an excellent experience renting this house. Everything was very professional from start to finish. I've rented a few homes in Havasu before and this one was definitely the cleanest by far. We would definitely stay here again on our next vacation.
