Welcome to HillTop Retreat; your home away from home. Nestled in the woods of Coosawattee River Resort, a gated community with amenities such as river access, parks, and walking trails. Only 15 minutes from the heart of the historic town of Ellijay where you may enjoy local eateries, wineries, antique stores or major stores such as Walmart, Lowe's, and even the Mountain Cinemas.

- Coffee Bar: Keurig single K-cup coffee maker w/ assorted k cups
- Cooking & dining essentials provided: salt/pepper, oil, pots/pans, utensils, measuring cups & spoons, colander, can opener, wine & beer openers, pitchers, Tupperware, and grilling tools
- Designated, hot tub-friendly cups and wine glasses

-Terrace level kitchenette with all in one sink, mini frig, and electric burners (no heavy cooking in this area)

-There are flashlights located in the kitchen drawer next to the front door

THE HOTTUB
The hot tub is for your enjoyment. For safety reasons, children under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult. The hot tubs comes equipped with jets, lights and can reach temperatures up to 104 degrees. If you plan to use the hot tub, you should turn the heat to your desired temperature at least 4 hours prior to use. When finished, please lower temperature to 80 degrees.

Hot Tub towels are provided and located on the terrace level.

THE FIREPIT
There is wood located on the front porch for you use in the firepit only. The lighter is located in the kitchen middle door next to the front door.

THE AMENITIES
Coosawattee Resort has several amenities throughout the community. As a guest, you have access to two outdoor pools, one indoor pool and a rec center with game room (subject to game costs), fitness center, tennis court, basketball court, pickleball, and miniature 18 hole golf course. The rec center is open from 6am - 8pm daily.

Guest passes are required for access to the recreation center. Each guest pass will allow up to four guests. Two guest passes will be provided for your stay.

Lost Guest Passes will require a $100 replacement fee.
