Casa de Helios located in an exclusive private vacation home with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez from every room in house! This beautiful and expansive fully home, comfortably sleeps 8 to 10 people. It combines the warmth of classic Mexican architecture with state-of-the-art features of modern contemporary homes. The fabulous, vaulted ceilings, tiled floors, and numerous windows yield a superbly bright and open atmosphere with sweeping panoramic ocean views. The house lends itself to entertaining in style. It is within 5-minute walk to our pristine semi-private white sandy Punta Bella beach.

The house is located in the prestigious Rancho Cerro Colorado, one of the most exclusive, secure, gated communities in the Los Cabos corridor. Nestled on the hillside, in a cove next to the Palmilla Resort - it is five minutes from San Jose del Cabo and 15 minutes from Cabo San Lucas.

Casa Helios, is a 3600 square foot home with more than 2000 square foot of outdoor open space. It features a large outdoor palapa, heated pool and jacuzzi with plenty of room to sit, relax and enjoy the ocean views as well as a spacious sunbathing area and outdoor kitchen. It is equipped with individually zoned air conditioning, satellite TV/VCR/DVD and stereo system. You will marvel at the early morning sunrise, the surrounding ocean views and the sight of migrating whales from the deck, watching the mother whales and their babies glinting in the water, playing and breaching in the huge beautiful bay.

Incredible vacation home in a great location with amazing ocean views from almost every room. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen, bedrooms/bathrooms felt like a high end hotel. The pool was the best of all VRBO rentals I’ve had in the area; good size, clean and the perfect temperature - not too warm like many. Easy access to the beach and close to San Jose del Cabo. Our only complaint was the bug bites at dawn and early evening but the house had repellents so after day one it wasn’t an issue. This is a new favorite and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Casa Helios was just perfect!

Amazing location on one of the most beautiful beaches. Marty our house manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay was just perfect. We will be renting Casa Helios again in the very near future.

Fabulous property with ocean views and whale watching!

Friends rented this great house with amazing ocean views for a 5 day getaway in March and were treated to whales breaching and frolicking each day. House is also convenient to the fabulous Flora Farms and arts filled San José del Cabo. Quiet, peaceful and rest-filled days - the perfect vacation in Cabo!

Excellent Place to Stay

Wonderful place to stay! Marty was excellent with communicating and getting us all checked-in. The beach is definitely a walk from the house, however, driving down to the second entrence makes it much easier. Very close drive to San Jose Del Cabo (~15min) and close to grocery store and a food hall which are both across the street from the entrence to the gate of the property. Everything was clean and place was very comfortable.

Our Wedding Stay

We had a lovey time staying here. It was peaceful and scenic. Very Beautiful property on the hill. Ocean view was amazing. The house has a great core now the other hand some amenities where needed like you could put smart TV's in the rooms small upgrades the split units where leaking but were fixed right away. and the house needs some up keep done before tenants show up. but when ask to fix it was done right away. All in all our needs where always meet. would stay again if needed..

Beautiful house with beautiful view

We just spent 30 days at Casa Helios and loved it. The house is beautiful. The setup of the house, the pool and view and palapa were perfect. The property manager Marty was amazing. Very attentive and great help. The location is pretty convenient for grocery and going into San Jose or Cabo. The house is on a big hill which makes the view so good and a little tough getting to and from the beach. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Fantastic Vacation

We stayed at Casa Helios in February 2023 and it was amazing! The home is well taken care of and the views are spectacular! We watched whales every day from the patio. Marty, the property manager, was very attentive and helped us with transportation to/from the airport, arranged a chef, and massages at the house. We felt pampered and loved every minute of it!

Wonderful stay

Excellent property with outstanding views, pool and spa. Kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of room for all of us to pitch in. Whale watching from the patio was a highlight and a big plus. When you check out the property, be aware of the steps in the home and the walk to the beach. The exercise each day was good for us but it is a bit of a walk. Very pleased with our choice of Rancho Cerro Colorado, Casa Helios.

Amazing property, incredible experience

The property is even better in person. We visited from out of the country and felt very safe with the security gate at the front of the community. The check in process was seamless and property manager was responsive/great to work with. Downtown is a quick ride away with great restaurants and things to do. The house was stocked towels, pool was clean, and hot tub works well. We’d absolutely consider coming back soon!

Excellent Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. We are a family of 4 with two teens.The pool was clean and a great size. The view is amazing! The kitchen was wonderful with every tool and piece of cookware we needed. Having a stocked spice cabinet was an added bonus. The furniture is very nice and seems to be updated. We stayed cool and comfortable despite the hot weather. We definitely want to return to this property!

30 days in Paradise

We had two couples and we stayed for 30 days at partha's house. I want to thank him for making his property available. The views were incredible. The house had everything you need to make you comfortable. My body came home but my mind is still there at the house. Marty the manager was outstanding. Highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to go to Cabo.

Beautiful home in great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Helios. The location and view are great, close to beach and amenities, but a car is necessary unless you are comfortable taking Uber everywhere. The house is clean, although the mattresses need changing, and very spacious. Lots of towels are provided, as is everything needed to run a household. The open access pool and low railings may not be suitable for young children. The property manager is very nice and easy to contact. Arrival and departure were seem less. We had a wonderful stay amd will return again!

We stayed at Casa de Helios for a week in Sept 2016. The house was not in rental condition when we arrived. There were missing lights and a broken ceiling fan outside. Garbage disposal, dishwasher, oven hood and refrigerator were not working, pool an hot tub lights were not working, multiple leaking toilets and shower drains clogged. Overall the house needs some updating. If you rent a car, make sure and have decent ground clearance. We had a Jetta and we bottomed out pulling in/out of the driveway. The location was perfect for us, close to the Mega store and a 20-25 minute car ride to downtown Cabo. The house manager Marty and the neighborhood security guards were great. We loved Cabo, but will look to stay somewhere else on our next trip.

Needs a lot of work

The property manager is amazing as well as the view but this house is a mess! Water damage everywhere, places you can stick your finger outside- we stuffed washcloths in them. Also the sheet rock it has so much water damage. Cockroaches of all sizes all over, centipedes as big as your finger. Food splashed all over the “ backsplash “ and the wall by the trash can. The pool does not have a turtle on the bottom, it’s in the pool at the neighbors.The master shower did not drain, there is NO hot water throughout the house, the beds are atrocious- all 4 and desperately need to be replaced! Had to ask for the pool to be cleaned twice! This house needs to be shut down and some major work done! It’s seems as if the owner is extremely greedy! It’s super outdated and just mismatched furniture. For 8-10 people, there isn’t even enough furniture for everyone to sit. For the amount paid a night this is ridiculous!! The neighborhood is very nice and safe! And again, Marty the property manager is a gem!

Private Villa with breath-taking views in gated community

I highly recommend Casa Helios. My family (9 adults, one toddler) spent a week there celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The villa met our every need. It was spacious, and quite comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. There was adequate linen for everyone, including beach towels and chairs. The location was just right. The ocean views from every room and the pool/palapa areas, and the sunrises are breath-taking. One can walk to a non-swimming beach (steep hill); the swimming beach is a short drive. The neighborhood felt extremely safe and it was very quiet. I appreciated the 24/7 security gate attendant. Marty, the property manager, was extremely helpful and very easy to work with! He was prompt with both email and WhatsApp responses both before and during the stay. He arranged for airport pick-up, the chef for our 50th wedding anniversary dinner, and massages. All persons involved were very professional and skilled. No worries or complications. In order to take full advantage of the area, I recommend a rental car. It is easy to drive in Los Cabos. With a car we were able to go into San Jose and down to San Lucas for various activities. There are a couple large grocery stores that have everything you need. Don't miss the Thursday night Art Walk in San Jose! And we found good surfing just past San Jose (west). We enjoyed a cooking class at nearby Flora Farms. *Be advised- there is an added $50 fee per person/per night for all guests booked over 4 people.

Great but needs TLC

I will start my feedback with all the positives. Marty was great. We had no hot water the first 24 hours and he came at 8 PM to try to fix it. Sent workers the next day who fixed the water issue. He also helped us reserve a chef, Aurora, who was amazing. We had food to eat for several meals. The security, outside space and view of the ocean were amazing. The house was very clean, except for the casita, and well stocked with cleaning supplies, paper products and kitchen essentials. The layout of the house provides plenty of space for 8 people and had the casita been in better condition I would give it a higher rating. The negatives are that all the bedding and probably mattresses need to be replaced/upgraded. The casita needs paint, a through cleaning, and kitchen supplies and chairs on the patio. There was absolutely nothing in the kitchen cabinets in the casita . We were hoping it would be a romantic getaway spot for my daughter and partner. It was less than adequate and in no way romantic. I would suggest that you restock the kitchen will more drinking glasses, and Upgrade knives and utensils. Overall we had a great vacation. We would return if the above items received attention. We saw a for sale sign on the property when leaving.

Spectacular View!

Property location and view of the beach are out standing. Marty was communicative and efficient. Needs some updates and amenities such as pool lounge chairs, but overall the view makes this property one of a kind!

Fantastic home!

Perfect home for 4 couples, each with our own bedroom and full bathroom. The views and home overall are even better than the photos show! Marty provided excellent service and response. His recommended chef for a dinner one of the evenings was amazing. Highly recommend this house!
