Two blocks from the beach in a quiet well kept complex. Very clean and fresh. condo has a balcony, walk in closet in master bedroom. One mile down the beach to Cocoa Beach Pier. Place has Dishwasher, frig, stove, Micro, etc. Fully furnished. Very clean. Complex has HEATED pool. Laundry room in complex. 912 Square feet. No Pets. No smoking. All Utilities included Internet, basic cable, water, electric and trash included in the rent.
