The main level offers an expansive open layout with two bedroom suites (one queen, one full) located off the living area. The space features a living room with panoramic mountain views, a cozy sitting area with smart TV, and a stunning two-sided fireplace. Adjacent to the fireplace is a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, complemented by a kitchen island with additional seating. Step outside onto the screened wrap-around porch for al fresco dining at one of the two tables while enjoying the mountain views. You can also venture out to the open-air deck to take in the breathtaking stars.
The top level floor includes two king bedroom suites with large closets and extra blankets. Also on this level, on the opposite side of the home, you'll find a private twin bedroom with sufficient closet space and a bathroom equipped with a tub/shower.

The lower level features a bunk bedroom that kids adore, along with a spacious king bedroom. A separate bathroom with a shower and laundry facilities are also available on this level. In the main area, you'll find a generous sitting space equipped with a big-screen smart TV, an Xbox, and a foosball table—ideal for relaxation and entertainment. Step outside, relax on the porch or in the hot tub while admiring the mountain views. In the summer, enjoy the private 27-foot round saltwater pool.

The property offers ample space for outdoor activities, including a gazebo with a large table and chairs, a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, and plenty of room for yard games. Whether you're planning a family reunion or a getaway with friends, our home is ideal for any occasion.

Conveniently located near Manchester restaurants and shopping outlets, and within easy reach of hiking trails, ski resorts such as Bromley, Stratton, Magic Mountain, and Okemo for skiing and outdoor adventures.

We take pride in our home and are dedicated to ensuring it meets the highest cleanliness standards. Our cleaning process includes:
- Sanitizing high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknobs.
- Using natural cleaners and disinfectants.
- Frequently washing duvets, comforters, and blankets.
- Mattress protectors
- Providing extra cleaning supplies for your use during your stay.

While we do maintain our hot tub regularly, it can occasionally malfunction due to factors beyond our control. Unfortunately, due to limited technician availability in the area, we won’t be able to service it during your stay.

In winter, snow tires are highly recommended to navigate the local roads safely.
