Spacious! Breakfast, Comfy, Location!

BOOKING GUESTS - PLEASE READ THIS RESPONSE!! Tammy, I am thankful you enjoyed the space, comfy atmosphere, and extra amenities, like the two breakfasts, crib, toys, and your kids loving the bunk room! As a host, we would encourage you to BE HONEST when booking and reviewing. The number of guests you booked for was almost HALF Of the number of nightly guests actually in your party. Our suspicion was that you tried to come up with “Something” that wasn’t right, to defer attention from this fact. You stated you had three issues: 1) Cleanliness: Cleanliness is above and beyond at the Pacific. We pay out more than most hosts to a cleaner because we found a fantastic one! The mouse droppings you allege (By your own admission, when we wanted more information), would have been behind a curtain panel behind a heavy sectional against the wall?? If there at all-we have never had a mouse issue. 2) you state the “space” was an issue issue, but also state the space was “ Plenty of space to spread out and relax”, “ Family, friendly with ample space”, “ Comfy” And “ Nicely decorated”. The layout is very clearly defined in the listing. Hot tub: we communicated with you clearly about parts, possibly not arriving in time for your stay. You state you should have received a refund… With the original booking, you already received a discounted 30% off. Had you been honest about your group size, your price would have been a higher amount. So we were shorted, because of your dishonesty. This is the most lengthy answer to a review I have done, but this review was the most absurd and unwarranted. You did not represent the truth, I am supposing for an ulterior motive. HONESTY is always the best policy.
