The property is in a good location. The property is very nice and well kept. The property management did a good job with communications throughout the process from beginning to end.

We love the location of Surround Sound...this is our second time in this unit. Best part is the amazing sunsets...although we wish there were more stools (2 more) at the table on the deck. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us again!

The condo was lovely and was just what we needed for a small family weekend getaway. Kitchen was well-stocked with cooking equipment, if needed. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the location on the sound was beautiful. I do think it would be good for the property management company to leave additional directions on finding this property. We arrived at night, so signage was not as visible. We thought the unit would be in the large condominium building where the pin on the map was located. Instead it’s in a smaller adjacent building that, by the looks of it and the signage, seems to be an office building. It was a rather stressful experience around midnight to 1 am, with toddler in tow. We woke up the occupants of the large building with our unit number. Thankfully they were forgiving. Once we decided to venture into the “office building”, the door to the condo was not adequately numbered to match the unit number on the reservation, adding to the confusion. Once we settled, all was good.

Lovely condo to stay in. Great decorations and a beautiful view. We had such a great time visiting the area. It doesn't just seem like just a tourist area, people actually seem to care about the area and the animals that are in it. Fantastic weather and was not too crowded.

Elizabeth was very helpful in finding and sugesting a rental. We chose the sound because it seemed very quiet, and we really liked how close it was to Manteo, which we spent a few days exploring the town, and the aquarium , which was very nice. The Wright brothers visit was also wonderful. We have enjoyed the many restaurants for lunch and dinner, and the condo was perfect for staying home and enjoying the view and having dinner on the deck. We found it very easy to get around and although we did not get to the beach yet, (we are planning that for tomorrow), we have really enjoyed this vacation. Thank you again Elizabeth, you are wonderful.
