It has been refurbished to a high standard and boasts modern amenities including modern Italian leather suite, butterfly fold away dining table, Satellite TV. Free Wi Fi Modern fitted Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. Master bedroom with fitted cupboard and colour television. Second bedroom has 2 single beds. Bathroom has bath/shower. Fully enclosed rear garden with BBQ and patio furniture.Garden hut for storage of cycles,golf clubs,skis etc.Off Road parking for 2 cars. This is a great house, on the edge of Aviemore. Everything was spotless. Comfy bed, great shower, fully equipped kitchen and a nice garden. Good to have off road parking . A good base for exploring the Cairngorms Mountains and surrounding areas. Would happily stay here again.
Excellent accommodation close to aviemore centre, everything required in house for an easy comfortable stay. great comms from host, hope to visit again.
The house was in a nice quiet location, which we really liked (30 mins walking to the nearest shops,cafes and the station). It was very clean and equipped with everything You need on holiday. The only thing that was disappointing/missing was bbq mentioned in the description.
Overall everything was excellent. No hesitation in recommending it. Just one point though...the front door key was very awkward to get just right in order to unlock and lock the door. Many attempts were necessary every time.

We had a wonderful stay in Aviemore. The house was perfectly organized, very clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We honestly couldn’t find any faults — everything was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Very clean and comfortable everything was great, bathroom was a bit cold ,take a couple of blankets and hot water bottle , leather sofas beautiful but cold so you'll need blanket to sit on
Lovely clean cosy house in perfect location for exploring the surrounding areas on bike. Secure shed for storing bikes / other sports equipment was a great addition. Close to shops cafes & restaurants. Electric car charging near by. Can’t wait to come back.
