Welcome to Eagles View Poconos Getaway set in the award winning, amenity-filled Big Bass Lake! Whether you're looking for relaxation or a bit of adventure, you won’t be disappointed. Enjoy the sunrise relaxing on the front porch or take a long soak in the hot tub followed by s'mores around the fire pit with family & friends. For adventure, you can visit nearby mountains for skiing, go hiking at Gouldsboro State Park, or stay close by and enjoy the abundance of amenities right in Big Bass Lake!
Our 3-bedroom, 2-full bathroom, private cabin home sleeps 9 and is wheelchair accessible.
Sitting on more than an acre, our home is situated on the Larsen Lake side of the Big Bass Lake Community offering properties with a little more acreage and seclusion. Just a 2 min drive to Larsen Lake and walkable!

1 Queen Bedroom, 1 Full Bath:
The comfortable Queen Bedroom offers a queen size bed, dedicated workspace and Smart TV. Next to this room is a spacious, updated Full Bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bedroom and bathroom can also be accessed by wheelchair. The shower has a handrail & shower seat and the toilet has a handrail.
Kitchen, Dining Area & Living Room:
Also on the main floor is the fully equipped Kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and bonus fully-stocked coffee bar. The kitchen is open to the Dining Area which seats 9 guests at the large dining room table and kitchen peninsula. The beautiful vaulted Living Room offers a Smart TV, gas fireplace and deep sectional sofa.

Loft Entertainment Area, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Full Bath:
Up the stairs to the second level is the open Loft Entertainment Area featuring a wall mounted Smart TV, DVD Player & DVDs, Pac-man arcade games, board games, puzzles, toys, and books galore! There is an adjustable table for playing cards, games and dice. Finishing off this space is a nice sized sectional for your comfort and conversations with family and friends.
The second floor offers a tastefully refinished Full Bathroom with a tub/shower combo and beautiful bowl sink and vanity.
Adjacent to the bathroom are 2 additional bedrooms:
There is the Bunk/Full Bedroom featuring a twin-over-full design bunk bed with ladder access. In this room is an additional full size bed and includes a Smart TV. This room comfortably sleeps 5.
To complete the second floor is the spacious, cozy King Bedroom with a king size bed, antique-style electric heater and Smart TV.
All mattresses & mattress toppers are new with new quality bedding and pillows. Extra blankets and bedding are located in each of the bedroom closets.

Guest Wi-Fi access is available throughout the house.
Wall mounted Smart TV's are located in the living room, the loft and in every bedroom, with access to a wide selection of TV shows, movies and sports channels!
AC/Heat - For your comfort, enjoy the new mini split AC/Heating system units.
Bathrooms - 1st floor bathroom has a walk-in shower. 2nd floor bathroom has a tub & shower combo. Both bathrooms include a hair dryer, make-up mirror, and some toiletries are provided.
Gas fireplace - 1st floor living room
Dining Area - Dining table seats 6 plus 3 stools at the kitchen peninsula. There is a buffet in the dining area with additional bowls, crock pot, blender, wine glasses, complete bar tray, and a yummy “S’mores Station” for fun times around the fire pit.
Kitchen - Includes dishware & glasses on open shelving, wine glasses, pots & pans (including pizza pans, baking sheet pans, stock pot), cutting boards, knife block, strainers, mixing bowls, and storage containers. Also included is a wide mouthed toaster for bagels/bread, hand-mixer and an electric can opener. In the drawers are silverware, skewers, lighters, a flashlight, dish towels and a wine bottle opener. Dish soaps and sponge are provided. Fully stocked coffee bar with ground decaf and regular as well as coffee pods for the dual coffee maker. An assortment of teas is also provided for tea lovers.

Hot Tub - New jetted 6 seat Hot Tub. There are 5 potted trees surrounding two sides of the hot tub. Property is fairly large and private
Deck - Deck offers plenty of entertainment space and includes an outdoor dining table with 6 chairs, a propane BBQ grill (cooking utensils are on the side of the grill). There is also a sofa and chair set along with a chiminea, for conversational seating.
Fire Pit - Smokeless fire pit is surrounded by string lights and offers Adirondack style chairs.
Outdoor Games - The foyer coat closet houses a few yard games such as life size Jenga and Yard Dice along with Pickle Ball equipment!
Covered Front Porch - Enjoy your morning coffee/tea on the front porch glider chairs.
Parking - The U-shaped driveway can easily park 6 vehicles.

• Big Bass Lake Community Association (BBLCA) requires a BBLCA Rental Application be submitted for all guest reservations NO LATER than 7 days prior to arrival date. This is in order for guest to be able to enter the 2 gates into the community and to purchase amenities passes.
• All guests in your party must be listed on the rental application along with the booking guest's address, phone # and email address. The guards are strict and will not allow anyone into the community who is not listed on the application.
• Any changes to the guest list AFTER 7 days prior to arrival may require a change form to be completed with a BBLCA $15 change fee.
• Changes to your guest list need to be submitted NO LATER THAN FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL to avoid an additional $50 "late fee" from BBLCA.
• Renters are REQUIRED to produce Vehicle Plate # and valid Driver’s License at the gate upon arrival.
2) Online Check-in Form will be sent to the booking guest at the time of booking confirmation:
• This is information that is needed in order for us to complete the BBLCA Rental Application so that guests will be able to enter the 2 gates into the community and to purchase amenities passes.
• The online check-in form asks for the names of all guests in your group. It also asks for the booking guest's address, email and phone #.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Place last minute dishes in the dishwasher and run it.
Take trash, food in fridge, used grease bags (under sink) & bathroom trash to BBLCA maintenance parking lot on Fox Farm Road across from Larsen Gate. DO NOT LEAVE TRASH INSIDE/OUTSIDE HOUSE.
Please make sure to turn off all lights, TVs. the gas fireplace and stove/oven before leaving.
Close all windows and doors and lock up before you leave

My husband Mike and I have lived in Pennsylvania for most of our lives. We recently moved to the Rehoboth, Delaware area but were called back to beautiful Pennsylvania when we purchased our present home in Big Bass Lake in the Poconos. I still have fond childhood memories of my family vacations to the Poconos. We hope that our guests make the same fond memories with their families for years to come.

The beautiful lakes and wooded areas throughout are awe inspiring to anyone who loves nature.
What makes this property unique
What makes our property unique is that our cabin home is a fusion between old and new with the decor and furnishings being antique inspired with a modern flair. The recently remodeled kitchen has a cabinesque look & feel with its open kitchen shelving blended with the modern look of stainless steel appliances, modern back splash tiles and beautiful new quartz counter tops. Both of the newly renovated bathrooms also have the same cabinesque look & feel fused with beautiful modern bowl sinks, quartz countertops and fixtures. All of this to give our guests the feel of both old and new along with all of the modern amenities to make them feel right at home.
