Damage Waiver: Includes a property damage protection waiver of $59 on each reservation, this may be included under the 'Cleaning Fee' or 'Host Fee' on some OTAs. The damage waiver covers damage to the property up to $1,500 so long as the damage is accidental and reported prior to your departure. It does not cover damage that is willful, the result of negligence, or damage caused by the misuse of household items. It also doesn't cover unreported damage. Guests are not charged a refundable damage deposit in lieu of the waiver. Unlike a refundable damage deposit, the damage protection waiver is non-refundable.

It was just okay. Busiest week of the year and the hot tub was broken, there wasn't alot of hot water even for short showers. And the dishwasher leaks. Positives are they clear walkways from overnight snow early so you can get to the slopes.We will choose a different place next time for sure.
