Enter a spacious first floor living room with split-unit ductless A/C, wet bar, slider to deck, game table and chairs, comfortable sofas and a large flat-screen television with cable, WiFi and Cambridge Audio receiver with Bluetooth capability. An ideal room for relaxing and unwinding--watch a movie, finish a good book or challenge the family to a board game. Just off the living room is the well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. The kitchen opens to the separate dining room with slider to the large deck. There is also a half bath on this floor.

The second floor has two bedrooms. The first is a roomy master bedroom with king bed, twin bed and a flat screen television. The second bedroom has three twins. Both second floor bedrooms have ductless A/C and share a full bathroom with shower.

The lower level has a third bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV and slider to backyard. Full bathroom in lower level with tub/shower. Lower level also has a movie room/den for additional lounging space. Both the lower level bedroom and den have ductless A/C units. The washer/dryer are also located on this floor.

The large back deck runs the length of the house. Cook up dinner on the gas grill and dine outside at the teak table with seating for eight.

Enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower (hot and cold water) beneath the deck.

This comfortable home is walking distance to Wellfleet's bustling Main Street and Mayo Beach at Wellfleet Harbor--only 0.4 mi to the Wellfleet Public Library, 0.6 mi to town hall, 0.9 mi to Mayo Beach and Powers Landing Beach and only a mile to the town pier. **** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
