Features include: fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, heat and air conditioning, private entrance, bath and bed linens, two private decks, jacuzzi tub, blackout curtains in bedrooms, TV, private laundry, and several shared spaces such as a community deck with BBQ and fire pit, and a lounge space.
The property manager lives on site and the private entrance is accessible via digital lock. There is room for parking of one car on the property, and limited street parking. All utilities included. Pets welcome on a case by case basis.

Unique to this place is a sense of community with privacy. Expansive views of old growth oaks and redwood trees in the back yard. And great location: only 6 minutes to town and 30 minutes to the coast.
