It is pretty clearly a retirement community that has turned to VRBO and Air B&B to fill apartments that aren't selling. As such, it has some nice features (e.g., two baths) in our apartment, and some not so nice (e.g., full, not queen or king beds and cheap mattresses.We were told there is a public EV charger down the street in the public park, but we couldn't see it and neither Google Maps nor Tesla maps know about it.
