— The Details —
Lux Loft Plus is an upscale, private apartment within a custom-built Indiana limestone home, designed with extraordinary attention to materials, craftsmanship, and sustainability. While the apartment has its own private entrance, it is part of a lively, shared household — and that is an intentional part of the experience.
The apartment is separated from the main home by designer, floor-to-ceiling opaque acrylic wall panels that lock on both sides for security. These panels provide visual privacy but are not soundproof. The upstairs loft/recreation space includes a privacy curtain and opens to the main house, meaning guests and owners will hear one another.
Guests should expect to hear the natural sounds of a working household and farm, including:
• A family of six
• Gardeners and beekeepers
• Chickens and beehives
• Two hypoallergenic dogs and outdoor cats
Likewise, the owners may hear guests enjoying a game of ping pong, practicing piano, or strumming a guitar. Quiet hours are 10pm–7am.
For sleep comfort, the apartment includes:
• White noise machine
• Air purifier
• Ear plugs
• Room-darkening curtains
Sleeping Arrangements
• King bed with luxury linens
• High-end full-size futon in the living area
• Bathroom with dual access from both the bedroom & living area
The Property Experience
Lux Loft Plus is situated on a 1.65-acre urban neighborhood farm featuring:
• Seasonal garden
• Fruit trees and berry patches

The owners practice organic, earth-conscious farming methods and share produce throughout the community. They previously supplied local farm-to-table restaurants and are actively seeking new partners.
Coming soon: guided garden tours
100% of proceeds from bookings and tours benefit the farm’s nonprofit gardening education program.
Seasonal U-pick vegetables and berries may be available — ask your host.
