4-Bedroom Lake-side Retreat with New Dock!

Welcome to Bottoms Up Bungalow, a 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath lakeside retreat! Enjoy coffee on the expansive deck in the mornings. Go for a paddle on our 3-person kayak or inflatable paddle board. Watch the kids jump off the diving board or play on the water mat while you relax in the Adirondak chairs on the dock. Savor s'mores at the campfire while you watch the sunset over the lake. Or maybe grab one of our fishing poles and try your luck with the Bluegills! There are so many things to do at this enchanting escape!

Featuring an open concept first floor with a fully renovated kitchen, we have everything you need to whip up a fancy meal or some fancy drinks! We have counter, bar and table seating for up to 15 easily! There is an additional picnic table on the deck that seats 6. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The bedroom to the left of the fireplace is the master including a half bathroom. The bedroom to the right of the fireplace is a smaller guest bedroom with a queen bed.

Open the sliding glass door off the living room, and step out onto our 35-foot deck facing the water. You can sip a drink in one of our reclining chairs, play cornhole with some friends, or grill some burgers for dinner. It's a wonderful place to gather, laugh, and enjoy the view!

Upstairs, you will find a bunk room for the kiddos, another full bath and the 4th bedroom containing a queen bed, generous floor and storage space, and even a pack & play in the closet.

The walk-out basement is finished and perfect for a kids game and play room. It is furnished with a TV, pull out couch, foosball table, and tons of games and toys. The basement also houses the 4th bathroom and washer/dryer.

The door from the basement opens to your back yard playground where you will find the patio and firepit, wood burning grill, and steps/plank down to the 24x24 foot dock. The dock is half covered so those seeking sun or shade will be able to enjoy the peaceful tranquility of lake life on the water.

If it happens to be raining or cold - don't worry! We have games, puzzles, movies, and crafts!!! There is plenty of room in the house for adults and kids to have their own space.
