Super charming house in a great location within walking distance of wicked island bakery for morning buns and the harbor for great boat views on our walk every morning! The pool was a FUN addition and we had a total 5 star weekend!

Great Spot!

The house was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was nice to have a main house and a guest house so there was more space. The linens were extremely cozy. We enjoyed the pool that was a comfortable temperature. We walked downtown each day, and it was a beautiful 20-minute stroll through the neighborhood. Communication was top notch!

The place was beautifully renovated and does appear as pictured. It was clean and located in a great area. That said, there were a few frustrations.The check-in “verification” was needlessly convoluted. I emailed selfies, pictures of my driver’s license (twice), and then had to repeat the process because the account holder’s address didn’t match the billing address (not something we’ve ever been asked about before).Once at the house, each day had a visitor we didn’t expect and weren’t told about. One day it was the plumber. The next day the landscapers and the pool guy. It is not that we expect a house to run itself, but to have no courtesy message about these service appointments (when they were already messaging us so much) was odd. We may have adjusted our plans to have time at the pool without so many interruptions from strangers wandering onto the property without a word. The outdoor fireplace did not lite. The chandelier in the dining room had bulbs of incorrect wattage so that 5 of 6 could not be brightened via the dimmer switch. Unlike the rest of the house, the grill was dirty and we attempted to clean it before use but were only partially successful.
