I upgraded you for free plus one extra free night and 1 extra person stay for free,also gave you the option either cancel it for full refund or accept the upgrade for free, you choose the upgrade for free plus 1 night free stay and 1 extra person for Free, Unbelievablely here you easily lied and complained afterwards!!! Three of You had No problems walking upstairs at all! I saw sins in your soul!!!
