There is no comment for me, so I’m not sure why my place was rated a three out of five. Maybe it’s the fact that I asked for a pet deposit when you didn't disclose you were bringing a pet? It’s difficult to work on something the guest was displeased with when you don’t know what it is. I pride myself on always getting five out of fives and this is disappointing. I’m sorry your stay was less than perfect. Have a nice day.

Beautiful home that is just as nice as the pictures! The house was clean, kitchen was well stocked, and a great backyard for our dogs. We were very happy to receive easy to follow check-in instructions and directions to the house. We will definitely rent this property again the next time we are in the area on vacation!

We stayed there because my husband had a business meeting. Everything was just perfect and we were close to shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again.

The house was nice. We used the laundry often and it was HUGE! The goodies left for us were sweet. All the streaming services were great. The lights in the back were nice. We laughed when we first noticed the toilet colors. The hostess helped us get in the first time. She responded quickly to every question. I missed bar soap and towel rails. We left cloth napkins. I enjoyed having so many options for drinks in the mornings.

We had a great stay at this property. Denise was very responsive to all our needs during the week. If we had a request or needed information, she replied quickly and took care of things. We attended the Texas K9 Conference and the property and was only 5 minutes away from the conference headquarters. We had our search and rescue dogs along and the safe backyard made if very convenient for us and them. We would gladly stay again--maybe for next year's conference.

Nice Place

Had a great time, place was clean, had been recently renovated. Furniture wasn’t something you woul find at a 5 Star Hotel although it worked just fine. Neighbors were nice. Only issue was we wanted to speak to the owner about a few things but never received a call back and or a number to contact to them. It’s all done by text messaging only. Other than that it was fine and was perfect for what we needed.

Family visit

This property worked well to replace multiple hotel rooms and keep the family under one roof for about the same price with the bonus of having a kitchen & laundry facilities. The grandkids loved the tree swing in the backyard. We did encounter some difficulty with the front door code entry but eventually got it to work. I would have given this property a higher rating if they had provided paper towels in the kitchen, Kleenex in the bathrooms and tp that was not single ply. We ended up having to purchase all of our own paper products.
