This centrally located, lovely pet-friendly home awaits you in Rockwall!Located within minutes of I-30 to Dallas, the airport, wide selection of restaurants, sports bars, outdoor adventure, entertainment, Lake Ray Hubbard, The Harbor, historic downtown Rockwall, hospitals for traveling nurses. The Harbor features many eateries, movie theater, beautiful pier with boat launching in park-like setting, shopping, with so many other things to offer for families.
My home is three bedrooms, two full bathrooms. Jacuzzi tub! All rooms have a fan. Master bedroom is large with a king bed, smart TV, attached bathroom with luxurious jetted Jacuzzi bathtub, shower, walk-in closet, double sinks, separate toilet area.
Bedroom 2 is private with a full bed, walk-in closet. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds, with a single bed on top and a double bed on bottom supporting up to over 400 pounds, smart TV, big closet.
My home is perfect for families, friends, looking for a relaxing retreat with an open concept family room, dining room. Fully equipped kitchen with stocked coffee/hot chocolate bar and a special nook with table and chairs for morning coffee. There is a bed and eating area for your pet.
I am pet friendly with a fully fenced yard and a covered patio, with relaxing furniture to enjoy outside time. Perfect for those warm evenings outside. Fall in love with Rockwall and enjoy everything it has to offer!

Beautiful home that is just as nice as the pictures! The house was clean, kitchen was well stocked, and a great backyard for our dogs. We were very happy to receive easy to follow check-in instructions and directions to the house. We will definitely rent this property again the next time we are in the area on vacation!

We had a great stay at this property. Denise was very responsive to all our needs during the week. If we had a request or needed information, she replied quickly and took care of things. We attended the Texas K9 Conference and the property and was only 5 minutes away from the conference headquarters. We had our search and rescue dogs along and the safe backyard made if very convenient for us and them. We would gladly stay again--maybe for next year's conference.

Nice Place

Had a great time, place was clean, had been recently renovated. Furniture wasn’t something you woul find at a 5 Star Hotel although it worked just fine. Neighbors were nice. Only issue was we wanted to speak to the owner about a few things but never received a call back and or a number to contact to them. It’s all done by text messaging only. Other than that it was fine and was perfect for what we needed.

Family visit

This property worked well to replace multiple hotel rooms and keep the family under one roof for about the same price with the bonus of having a kitchen & laundry facilities. The grandkids loved the tree swing in the backyard. We did encounter some difficulty with the front door code entry but eventually got it to work. I would have given this property a higher rating if they had provided paper towels in the kitchen, Kleenex in the bathrooms and tp that was not single ply. We ended up having to purchase all of our own paper products.

My property is unique because it’s within minutes of the lake, numerous restaurants, activities, sports bars, and I am pet friendly! Plenty of sites to see and things to do. Close to the airport and I-30. 23 miles to Dallas.
