House Rules:

Primary renter must be above the age of 25 years
Maximum capacity – 20 guests
Signed renter’s agreement required immediately after booking
Security deposit hold will be placed on the credit card at booking
Only 4 cars can be parked in the driveway
Trash disposal only in the provided trash bins
No parties or events
No smoking or illegal drug use
Quiet hours are 11 PM to 7 AM
One dog allowed with pet fee
Pets must be listed in the booking
Details of all guests, pets, and vehicles are required
Valid ID may be requested for verification
No fireworks
No spray tanning, henna, hair dyes, or glitter allowed
Pets are not allowed on beds or couches

Hot Tub Rules:

Maximum of 6 persons
No food or drinks in the hot tub
No jumping or diving
No glassware around the hot tub
No infants under 1 year, pregnant women, or persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications allowed in the hot tub
Children ages 2–16 must be accompanied by an adult
Do not enter the hot tub if temperature is above 104°F
Use only pool towels, not white bath towels, for hot tub use
No body lotions or tanning creams allowed. Shower before entering
Turn off high jets after use
Replace the hot tub cover after each use
Do not sit or lie on the cover
Leave the hot tub in the same condition as found
Guests with heart conditions, seizures, high or low blood pressure, or other serious medical conditions should consult a doctor before using the hot tub

Steam Sauna Rules:

Maximum of 4 people
No food or drinks inside the sauna
Pregnant individuals or persons with heart disease, diabetes, or high or low blood pressure should not use the sauna
Do not use the sauna under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Children under 16 years of age are not allowed to use the sauna
Long exposure may result in nausea, dizziness, or fainting
Recommended session is 10 minutes
Do not exceed 15 minutes
Appropriate swimwear, workout clothing, or towels must be worn while using the sauna

Handicap Beach Access:

Guests have nearby accessible beach entry points, including Onslow County Beach Access Site No. 2 at 2950 Island Drive. This location features a ramp to the sand, an elevated pavilion, concessions, restrooms, and showers. A second accessible access point is also available nearby.

The community pool is available to guests seasonally only
