We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful spot in Topsail! The house was clean, well set up, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. A short walk for beach access and it's a not so busy area of the beach too. The house had so many amenities, inside and out, to cover all age ranges we had. The location is stunning and made for the perfect beach escape. The management team was excellent; friendly, responsive, and easy to work with from booking to check-out. We felt taken care of every step of the way. Our family is already talking about coming back!

The house and location were wonderful and perfect for catching sunrise and sunset and easy walk to the beach. The cleanliness of the property needed more attention. It did not appear to be professionally cleaned. The hot tub, bathrooms and showers had hair in them that was not ours. The dishes were not properly cleaned and the refrigerator smelled of rotten shrimp so much our food smelled. The bunk beds were insanely wobbly and we considered unsafe for our children to sleep on which was one of the reasons why we booked so that was disappointing. The house was wonderful but could use more attention to detail for cleanliness at the price point.

I feel we were among the first guests with this new build at Topsail. There were a few issues that all new builds have, but the property managers were very responsive and helpful. The house has excellent views both east toward the Atlantic, and amazing sunset views to the west. I would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed this home in every way. The detailed instructions were easily followed and made all aspects of the trip simple. One suggestion- PLEASE GET AN ELECTRIC CAN OPENER FOR THE KITCHEN. The manual one is “shot.” :)

Great place and beautiful views

We booked this house last minute since we wanted to do a getaway with my parents, sisters and their family. The salt water pool was great and the water was nice and warm for the little kiddos. The house had plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. The walk to the beach was an easy walk and you can see that water from the top two floors since the house wasn’t ocean front. However, the views in the back were amazing especially during the sunset. House was extremely clean, came equipped with an Xbox to keep kids entertained in the evening.

Perfect home for family reunions with multiple generations

What an amazing find! We were traveling through the area, saw this listing and decided to check it out for a few days. It's way more house than we needed, but we were scoping out a place for a future family reunion. Did we ever hit the jackpot! This house has an ELEVATOR, which means grandparents can join without issue. The decor is upscale and beachy, but also really comfortable. We really enjoyed the beautiful views (is it crazy that I actually love the sound/marsh even more than the ocean?) as well as the house. It wasn't beach weather when we were there so we made the most of the property itself and just loved it. The kitchen is really well stocked. It is a short walk to the beach access and the beach is lovely. We can't wait to return in summer season with siblings/cousins/grandmother.

Overall a Great Stay

The house was beautiful and as represented in the photos. Our group only had nine people total, including five children, so there was more than enough space and rooms. The kitchen is well stocked with a lot of necessities. However, if you cook a lot like we do and you're able to pack it, I'd recommend bringing an extra baking sheet or frying pan, etc. to make cooking easier/more timely. Communication with the owner was good and the management system used is probably the best I've experienced when renting. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the lack of a garbage disposal in the sink is odd. It just adds a layer of complexity in cleaning after cooking. There are a few other things I'll address with the owner and don't need to be broadcasted, but they're the reason for the four-star rating.
