It's a very cute small house, good for 2 people to share a bit king size bed. The house is equipped with everything you need. It sits on a large piece of land overlooking mountains and you can see the bay a bit. The sunsets are gorgeous from the property. There is a place to park on the property and it has a gate for safety. It's about 5 mins drive from the center of monteverde. The host provides clear direction and easy to communicate with

Simple, quiet, gorgeous sunset

It all has a new feeling to it—you walk in and it’s very airy and clean. Huge windows, lots of light and air. The bathroom is bright with a great shower. The rental is just outside the busier Monteverde. So everything is walkable while being very peaceful and safe. The brewery is very very close. We sat outside and saw quite a few butterflies, birds, and bees. Once the shrubs grow up, it will be quite stunning. The check-in was easy, but all in Spanish—so google translate was helpful—easy. The host was very kind to us after we had a rental car accident. He was flexible with our check-out time and even offered to give us an extra night for free. Overall, great deal for the cost! I think the price will and deserves to go up. I was worried about the lack of photos of the bathroom on the site, but there was no need. Everything was nice and clean. Be aware—just like most of the roads in Costa Rica, the access road is bumpy.
