Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This brand new space is fully functional with an open floor plan, lots of windows and amazing location. Bradburn is a quiet neighborhood with many parks, trails, and open space access. Stores and restaurants within walking distance. Quick access to I-25 and 36 for a 20min commute to Boulder or Denver!

The space
Brand new space with private entrance from owner's back yard. Includes a full kitchen, eating area, family room with smart tv, dedicated work area with free high speed wifi, vaulted ceiling, king bedroom with closet and washer and dryer + queen bedroom with twin size bed, full bath and walk in closet, private patio with rocking chair to enjoy our great Colorado weather. Plenty of free parking on the street.

Guest access
This amazing space is all yours for your stay. It includes a private entrance with smart lock and a new private code for each guest/stay.
Other things to note
Self check-in. Ping pong play area and backyard patio with furniture and fire pit available upon request. 5280 Burger, Whole foods and much more are all within walking distance.

Quiet and comfortable

This was the perfect place for the two of us to stay. Comfortable bed in a quiet neighborhood. We took a walk every morning in the Big Dry Creek open space. And it was close to friends and family who live in the north metro Denver area.
