Lovely spot!
My wife and I have stayed at this property several times. It is conveniently located with nice new appliances, comfortable bedding and great bathrooms. There are steps that could prove challenging for elderly guests and would not be good for mobility impaired guests. Nice office space for remote work. I give it 5 stars. My only suggestion would be to offer different pillow types to accommodate different preferences. We found the pillows to be rather tall and firm, but that is a personal assessment. Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

Grandbaby Visit
Lovely condo - super quiet and the location is convenient to multiple delicious restaurants. The only disappointment was the mattress which I found to be crunchy lumpy - with a notable depression on one side. It’s time for a new mattress. There were only three towels and two hand towels, but they were of nice quality. The condo is super comfortable overall and I appreciated the coffee pods. I recommend!

This is a great location NW of Denver, more or less between Denver and Boulder. Walking distance to several good restaurants and grocery stores, yet quiet area on property. There are loads of shopping and restaurants a short driving distance away as well. Brad (property manager) was very accommodating and responsive. Great experience

My property management and real estate sales office is located on the street level of this 3-level Live/Work space. A professional designer recently finished the private residence on floors two and three. The location is as good as it gets. Close to miles of trails, open space, Whole Foods, restaurants, Boulder, and Denver.
