The McCloud Condominium complex is one of the most popular vacation rental locations in Incline Village. Newer properties with a great centralized location offered at reasonable prices. Each condominium has access to a common-area sauna and hot tub. The McCloud Condominium complex is conveniently located within walking distance to the bike path, shopping, restaurants, and the Hyatt Lodge and Casino.

Note: Please ask about access to Incline's private beaches. Public beaches like Sand Harbor 3 miles away and Kings Beach 4 miles away are all open to the public.

Location:

You cannot go wrong with the location located in the heart of Incline village. Walk down to the bike path that runs along Lakeshore Blvd for miles in either direction. You can jump on your bike and head east to the Tahoe East shore trail that will take you to Sand Harbor State Beach. Or you can walk to the Hyatt, Village Green, Recreational Center, Tennis complex, Frisbee golf and bike park.

Good location

The location was good but the unit was very cluttered with Knick knacks. The runners and rugs need to be removed or replaced. The beds are also very old and not comfortable.

Incline Village Condo

This is a beautiful property in a quiet and beautifully landscaped condo complex. Everything was as described in listing and the condo was very spacious and comfortable. There were only two of us staying this time but could easily have accommodated 3 or 4 more people with the sleeper sofa. Conveniently located near grocery store and all the outdoor activities we enjoyed. Easy 12 min drive to Kings beach. Property manager was very responsive via email. Would definitely recommend this home and hope to visit here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Goldfish Properties used to be a great company. Unfortunately, they are no longer. They have no communication skills, to the point of not returning phone calls and only sending emails. They also have no customer service any longer. We have been using them for 15 years and I couldn't get a simple return phone call when we had to change properties at the last minute due to their lack of communication. I can't recommend Goldfish Properties to anyone and will not longer be using them myself after my experience this year.

Great location, but not well maintained.

Our experience with this property was that it hasn't been well maintained either from a cleanliness or a maintenance perspective. I reported this to Goldfish Properties when I returned the keys, but my impression was that this wasn't a priority for them. I think that a few hours work and some upgrades would whip this place into great shape! Lastly, while this property can sleep 6, we think that anything above 4 is pretty cramped. Just be aware that this property is small and is a tight fit for 5-6 guests.
