We needed a place for one night while visiting friends in Kansas. This rental was the closest to the area we were meeting friends. The space worked for what we needed and the photos accurately depicted the rental.

We had a great stay! Crystal caught an error I made on the stay date, she was so kind to let my dog stay when I couldn't find a sitter, and was quick to take my call when I had a question. So glad to have a great place to stay in Dexter. Highly recommend!

There were crickets and moths inside at check-in. No curtains on one of the real windows. Walls are particle board. Definitely not a 2 bedroom. Couldn't use the fire pit it was leaned against a tree and neighbors were fighting loudly all evening. We woke up in the middle of the night to the smell of raw sewage. Huge hole in the yard!!! Watch your pets!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Especially for the cost. WORST STAY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

This listing is accurately described as a studio -with 2 beds. You did not use the second bed, fortunately. I could tell immediately as it was the only furniture that was not completely covered in dog fur and drool. Unfortunately I cannot upload pictures to a review, but trust that I do have the evidence saved. It was raining during your stay, the fire pit would not have been usable. I could also smell the same stench you described in your review. It was not sewer, it was your dog and it was gone as soon as I cleaned the linens, couch and floors after your checkout. Will not host to this person again, and hosts should be forewarned they are not clean people
