This property was so clean and well stocked. There we thoughtful and unexpected things we needed and could use. We were within walking distance of a lot of little restaurants which was cool.

We arrived very late and the guard was super helpful with parking and elevator access. The property was a perfect distance from all kinds of things to do like snorkeling excursions, seven seas and the restaurant strip in Luqillo. The area around the property was really quiet and peaceful during the day and at night. I’d easily stay here again without question. Skip San Juan and come here for a real Puerto Rico trip.

This Vacation Property Was Beautiful,All the pictures are accurate,There is a little construction at the Ground Below ,But It will Not Take away from the experience,No Noise Besides The water taxi every now & then. Our host was very responsive to all our questions no matter what time of day. Great location, we loved walking into town for meals. The view from the balcony is amazing, so nice to sit outside with our coffee each morning. The beach chairs and cooler came in handy when we spent time close by at Seven Seas beach. The decor of the entire unit was very spa like and relaxing, simple and elegant. And the bed is extremely comfortable!

Nice and clean location

Very nice location with great view. The only downside was construction equipment doing heavy and noisy work right outside starting at 6:00am every day.

Everything was new and in great condition. We had everything we needed, even laundry detergent to do a quick load! Loved the view and restaurants down the street. Didn’t love the barn door on the bathroom for noise and privacy since I wasn’t staying alone.

The condo is updates with nice appointments. The view is beautiful out of the doors except for the work area directly in front of the complex. This is not seen in the pictures. Also the work crews start work at 5am when they start the work boat that did wake us up every day, including Sunday. Everything was great except for the work yard below/in front. We understand that it is not the fault of the owner and she cannot do anything about it.

The studio was lovely, very comfortable, and exceptionally quiet. It also offered a beautiful view of the harbor. Restaurants were close, making the location very convenient. The host provided excellent recommendations and helpful local tips.
