Unit was very clean when we checked in. Linens were clean and fresh. Found everything we needed for our short stay. WiFi worked great for all our devices. Loft area worked well as a second “bedroom” for an adult.

My family and I loved our stay! The condo was clean, decorated beautifully, spacious, I could go on and on. We moved our daughter into IU and I’m so glad we chose to have more space then to go back to a hotel room. Thank you so much! I hope we can come back again! Such a special spot!

Our family, including two teens, stayed for a long weekend in July. The unit was very clean (and I’m very picky) with plenty of sheets and blankets for the loft and pull out bed. My 16 year old son felt like he had his own apartment staying in the loft! The host was extremely responsive leading up to the trip and during our stay. Kids got plenty of pool time and there is lots of hiking nearby.

Bryn was very easy to communicate with and got back to me instantly. Being a fellow property owner that rents out a property I had some suggestions for how to make it better and they were very well received!The only thing is that I think it should specify that if you plan on sleeping 8 people, two of them would be on air mattresses. We were 4 so we didn't need any extra space but I did see the mattresses in a closet and assume that's how it would accomodate 8. Also, no curtains / blinds so whoever sleeps on the pull out couch will wake up early!

Nice remodeled condo and great location

Stayed with some of my girlfriends easy to get around loved having a pool nearby! Scenery is very pretty loved seeing all the deer, people were friendly! Clubhouse food was amazing great music and entertainment on weekends, communication with everyone was super easy

Lovely Renovations Great Location

Beautiful condo that provided just what we needed to visit with our family that was camping nearby. This was our second time at Eagle Point for this reason, the first we stayed in was nice, but you can’t beat the proximity to the pool, as well as all the updates. Located very close to the pool, and the beautiful lake Monroe is just down the way.

Came down for long weekend at the lake. Fantastic condo. Having the teens up in the loft was perfect. Appreciated the 2nd half bath and also the quiet balcony overlooking the woods. Will definitely rent again!

Great location just minutes from Fairfax. Plenty of pools, walking etc on site. Well maintained property with plenty of space for our family of 5. Condo looks over wooded area which was quiet and peaceful. Dinner at Eagle Pointe was great. Morning jogs around the property was great with lots of views of deer! Our host was friendly, helpful and responsive - not that we had any issues.

Cozy little place good for 4 people, or bring an air mattress like we did for 6 people instead of using a fold out couch. It would be nice if there was some curtains on the patio doors to help keep the sun out and make sleeping in a little better.
