Wonderful location and super clean.

Very nice location in a country setting. Saw deer in the backyard every morning. Very clean and accurate description of the property. Friendly hosts who supplied everything we needed. Would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Quiet, pleasant stay

The property was as described. Check in was clear & easy. We were in town for my daughters college orientation and it was perfect for the 3 of us. Very clean and enough room for us to have our own space.

I discovered fleas or some type of small, flying insects in and on the bed linens after feeling itchy when I tried to fall asleep. Since I couldn’t sleep with bugs, my friend and I had to pack up very late in the evening and go elsewhere. The hosts came to the apartment before we left and tried first to say we must have opened a window and let in the bugs. Then they said it was just nature. We said sorry, but we can’t sleep with bugs. The host issued only a partial refund. This was a total ripoff.

The listing is the woods, close to nature. Even though we try to prevent it, very rarely the flies (not fleas) get inside especially when the windows are wide open. I did not notice that you left until in the morning so I thought that you spent the night at the listing. I will send you the rest of the refund. Safe trips.

The rental was beautiful and clean. We stayed here for a concert at the toyota center right down the road. The best part was the deer around the back of the property. A fair warning there isn’t much cook wear in the kitchen, no toaster and the pans were old and stained which made things burn. Other than that an amazing rental and location.

Clean but very basic. Not even a cookie or a snack bag for an evening treat.Very dark driveway. A/C was not very efficient. Bathroom downstairs not convenient for an elderly woman. Overall a place to lay one’s head ……

a/c is brand new but you had open window in your room. bathroom location is clearly described in the listing description. if you mentioned something, there is folding queens size bed on the ground floor and i would provide bedsheets for that bed. hope to see you soon.

Clean and Convenient

Overall a positive experience. Property was clean and worked out really well for us as location was close to family we were visiting. We are from Florida, and it was cold in CT and the heat worked great so that was really good. Andrew was responsive to requests. Only criticism was in some of the set up. There are no dressers, so you need to stack your clothes on shelves in closet, which was not terrible. Also, the only mirror in the entire place was in the bathroom downstairs (bedrooms are upstairs) and the mirror has a slight fun house reflection and was small. we ended up buying a 18 x 24 mirror from goodwill and left it up in the bedroom so hopefully they hang it up on a wall in the bedroom. Overall, good experience and we would stay again.
