The only thing that was a surprise is that the thermostat isnt controlled on property, but we messsaged with the property manager and they adjusted it.

Amazing visit. Home was very clean and prepared. Pretty much all that we needed was inside the home. We loved the game room and the outside area for relaxing evenings. Walk to grocery, food, icecream:) We would absolutely stay again,

Perfect stay for Spring break week

We loved the property and had a great time during our stay. The property was exactly as shown in the pictures and very well kept, clean and well stocked with all the necessary linen. Towels, kitchen utensils etc. Aleksandra was very nice and communicative throughout the stay and answered any questions we had. The location and neighborhood are great as well and it’s perfectly located for skiing at Mt Rose and very close to the city and restaurants and amenities.

The house was perfect for our needs as we were in Reno for a wedding at the Galena Fish Hatchery. Most of the time there were 8 adults. One night there was 10. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking/eating utensils. The bedding was clean and comfortable. We had enough towels and bathroom supplies.We walked to the grocery store as needed. There was plenty of parking space. The young members of our group loved the ping pong table.We did have some issues with key lock pad but that could have been operator error. The room that says twin beds is really a trundle bed in a small room . It worked out ok but it maybe too low for the next person.

The lock was working all the time, as I explained, if you press the key numbers too fast it only reads three numbers instead of four, so it will give you an error message.
