Whether you're on the Bourbon Trail, in town for a music festival or sport tournament, or are simply passing through the area and need a place to rest and recharge, Urban Bourbon Stays is the perfect spot for a couple, a family, or a group.
The covered front porch is the perfect spot to sit and relax & take in the neighborhood sights of pedestrians, bike riders, and dog walkers.
You'll unlock the home via your own private keypad code and enter the living room.
A leather couch and 2 super comfy leather chairs are perfect for watching all of your streaming platforms or local channels on the 80" Roku smart TV.
A second living room boasts a sofa with a fold-out queen bed, dining table that can double as a workspace, and built-in cabinet with board games, toys and books.
The kitchen has a full stove/oven, microwave and toaster, side-by-side refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, full-size washer and dryer, complete set of pots and pans, cooking & serving utensils, baking dishes, cookie sheets and plenty of seasonings and spices.
The bathroom has a tub and shower with body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided, as well as towels and washcloths.
The main bedroom boasts a king-sized, four-post bed as well as a pull- out sofa for additional sleeping space. Above the original (non working) fireplace is a smart 50" Roku TV for all your movie and show streaming.
In 'That 70s Room,' relax among the nostalgic groovy 70s decor & furniture while streaming on the 40" Roku TV.
The private backyard is surrounded by a 6' wooden privacy fence. The fire pit is the perfect spot to gather at the end of the day. Adirondack chairs surround the fire pit on 2 sides and bench seats surround the other 2 sides. Corn hole boards provide a competitive fun time and the gas grill is available for guests to use as well.

Within walking distance, there are several good restaurants in downtown Jeffersonville. Ramiro's is a tasty Mexican restaurant at the corner of Market & Spring Streets. Town, A Neighborhood Pub is also a good restaurant on Spring St that serves up pizzas, pastas, salads and sandwiches. Kabuki on Spring St has sushi and ramen. Red Yeti has gourmet juicy burgers and fries and other yummy dishes. Their Sunday brunch is amazing!
