Overall, a wonderful property and an experience I would recommend. POSITIVES:The house is charming, clean, and welcoming. It's obvious the owners take pride in providing hospitality. If you've done other VRBOs you've had properties aimed at driving profit; no paper products, no soap, cheap stuff, if any in the kitchen, but not here. Here you'll find plenty of high-quality towels, plates, pots & pans, utensils, soap, paper products, and even bread, coffee and creamer. The house is expansive and the kitchen is perfect for hosting. The first-floor bathroom is very nice as well. The property is centrally located and there is ample parking, The neighborhood has a great pool and an amazing swimming pond. The gas grill is new and ready to use. The Less-Than-Positives:These are minor issues but...The house is missing some blinds and given the proximity to the neighbors it's something that should be addressed. The master bedroom is also closest to the main road, US RT. 6. The road noise is hard to tolerate. Starting about 5 or 6 each morning the traffic makes it very difficult to sleep. Some better blinds or curtains would definitely help this. Finally, the house is the first property in the development. The site hosts day camp and weekly overnight camps. All of this drives traffic, especially for the drops off/pick-ups daily for day camp.
