Gated community, swimming pool, sauna, close to the beach, 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
The house is structured with 2 suites upstairs overlooking pool and mangrove, one with balcony and hammock. Downstairs 1 bedroom with bathroom in front. All rooms with air conditioning, ceiling fan, heated bath and closet.
Living room and dining room with kitchen. In the ambience we have 2 sofas, Smart TV 55 inches, dining table with 6 seats and a bench. Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove 4 burners, microwave and basic utensils required. A toilet and laundry area with a tank and a washing machine up to 15kg.

Excelente acomodação e áreas comuns super bem cuidadas.
A casa é excelente, me pareceu ser a melhor casa do condomínio.
Os quartos são grandes, com ar condicionado o que se torna essencial tendo em vista o calor que faz na Bahia.
O condomínio é super organizado e as áreas comuns além de bem cuidados são bem atrativas.
Não tenho ressalvas sobre a acomodação.
Nos sentimos em casa.
