Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home in the heart of Winona Lake. Located on a quiet street you're just steps away from shopping and dining. Grace College Campus is right across the street. The beach, splash pad, bike, walking and hiking trails are just minutes away. This new build 3 story home features a spacious kitchen, multi-level patios, modern amenities and room for everyone.

The fully equipped kitchen, located on the main floor has all the essentials for cooking and dining, including a large dining table that can seat up to 6 guests.

The master bedroom located upstairs has a King-size bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

The second bedroom, also located upstairs sleeps 5 total. It features a Queen bed and Full over Twin bunk beds. This bedroom also has a large walk-in closet and attached bathroom with bath tub.

The Laundry room is located upstairs across the hall from the bedrooms.

The lower level is for lounging and TV watching. The sofa pulls out into a Queen bed for additional sleeping. The third bathroom with shower and the office space is also located on this level.

The main level, and lower level lead out to outdoor seating areas. Perfect for morning coffee while watching the village come to life.

Great place!

Overall awesome place. Reason for the poor review is because we had the alarms go off 3 seperate time for no reason at all, and had the fire department and police show up 3 seperate times. Very annoying/ inconvenient explaining to the authorities what happened, and not being able to shut off a deafaning alarm.
