Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always stay at the Summitt, but we try to stay with the same owners. Summit is our home away from home! We have everything we need there! Including two beautiful pools, a restaurant on site that has delicious food and wonderful drinks plus a tiki bar! What else could you ask for?

Great Spring Break Spot

The condo was great and right across the street from party spots for spring breakers (convenient). I was also able to rent the spot as a 19-year-old for my friends and I. Very clean with a great view of the ocean, would go again!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here during Spring Break. Beach was gorgeous. Pool area was nice. Room was completely average. Wasn't dirty but was desperately in need of an update. Do not plan on cooking anything in the kitchen - very small. Overall, it was fine but we wouldn't stay here again.

Good spot for the price. Great view from the balcony. Overall the resort was great, plenty of security to keep the place feeling safe. Pools seemed clean. Short walk to the beach and the beach chairs are a nice touch. Bikini bobs has great food with really good prices. Elevators can be a hassle at times, very crowded at peak hours. Room did have a slight odor when we got there picked up a couple air fresheners and it helped. Room is non smoking and that includes the balcony however a pack of cigarettes along with a the vape was left on the balcony table when we arrived. Had an issue with the shower not draining and that was taken care of quick. Overall it’s a good value but not sure if we will book here again.

The unit was as advertised. Inside furniture was somewhat well used. Bedding was comfortable. The unit was very clean and well equipped. Patio furniture was very comfortable and definitely an upgrade. Nice place to stay for a week.
