AQUA HAVEN Relax in lovely duplex,5 minutes to beach access, Great Spring Rates

WE would like to invite you to kickback, rest and relax at Aqua Haven. Our Holden Beach duplex has multiple porches to enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails plus a roof top sunning deck. It is a lovely open floor plan that sleeps 6, with 2 inviting bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a queen sleeper sofa. Linens are provided and beds are made upon arrival. Linens for the sleeper sofa are also provide. This is a tranquil retreat where guests can unwind in the cozy living room while meals are being prepared in the well stocked kitchen. There is a dining table to enjoy meals or board games. All of this and only a short 5 minute walk to the nearest Beach Access. The roof top sunning deck has beautiful dune views off the back of the house which backs up to a wildlife habitat and wooded area where deer and various species of birds can often be enjoyed. There is a gas grill and table with chairs under the house for BBQ's. Amenities include: WiFi, Smart TV's, washer/dryer and beach chairs. WE have tried to provide everything you might need for a great vacation. Our house manager lives on the Island and her information will be provided to you prior to your arrival.
